Hand in Hands is a care service for adults with learning disabilities, and/or behaviour that may challenge established services, to enable them to live as independently as possible in their own homes.
Our vision is a society in which people are treated as equals regardless of any disability.
Our mission is to offer individuals a high standard of care in their own homes and ensure individuals accessing our services will have the quality of life that we ourselves would wish for.
Our staff are trained to the highest standard to ensure competence in specialist areas.
